Soft Fruit

Raspberries

Up to 19 varieties of Raspberry available including golden fruits.
Strawberries

All the favourite flavours plus Alpine Strawberries, plus some lovely pink flowers as well! Remember to invest in some Strulch!
Honeyberry

Honeyberry can be for you. High in vitamins, they are also said to contain up to 5 times more antioxidants than blueberries!
Honeyberries taste gorgeous too! Fruits start appearing from approximately late June each year.
Honeyberries are extremely hardy and have excellent drought resistance: they are also perfectly happy in normal soil
Blueberries

Blueberries, easy to grow and a firm favourite with the grandchildren! Grown best in pots in Ericaceous compost.
Logan & Tay Berrries

Tayberry is a cross between a blackberry and a red raspberry, and named after the river Tay in Scotland.
The fruit is sweeter, much larger, and more aromatic than that of the loganberry, itself a blackberry and red raspberry cross. The tayberry is grown for its edible fruits which can be eaten raw or cooked. As a domestic crop, this plant has gained the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit.
Gooseberries

Gooseberry recipes are a quintessential summer treat: Try gooseberry purée with mackerel or roast pork. Or pair them with elderflower for delicious gooseberry pies, tarts and crumbles. The high pectin content in the fruit, makes an ideal gooseberry jam.

Soft fruit is so very tasty and easy to grow, strawberries in hanging baskets, blueberries in pots with Ericaceous compost. Feed with Maxicrop to get the best results & taste! Whatever fruit you grow please remember to feed regularly throughout the season, we thoroughly recommend using Maxicrop, we use it in our own gardens and also in the nursery!

Herbs

Stevia

A ‘new’ herb from South America, it is so sweet and looks like replacing sugar, best of all it has no calories!
Samphire

This one is our fastest seller, top chefs are raving about how it enhances a fish dish, you have to be quick to get this one!
Mushroom Plant

This has a mild mushroom taste and is good for stews & soups
Woad

A bit of a rarity and we all know who used this in the past!
Purple Basil

Purple basil is less common than its traditional green counterpart, but with an uplifting, punchy flavour and its rich, show stopping colour, a good alternative!
Vietnamese Coriander

Give it full sun and don’t overwater! Also avoid over-fertilizing. Too much fertilizer will result in a lot of growth, but less flavour.

Well we have a herb grower who is as passionate as we are, so we know we will get a wide range of top quality herbs throughout the year, including Samphire, Stevia, Woad as well as depth in range on favourites like Mint, Rosemary, Basil, Tarragon, Lemon Grass & Thyme.
